Square Enix launched today the official beta application site. The beta test application is currently only for the Windows version of the game. The beta application for PlayStation 3 will launch later, probably some month after the Windows tests.
To apply visit this website and fill in the form properly. You need to be at least 18 years old, in possess of a Square Enix ID and be able to report bugs in Japanese, English, french or German. Shouldn't be that difficult.
